Bought a new house and within a year we got hit with a hurricane. Huge tree went thru our master bedroom window and wall. We had water damage and flooding. We were referred to Next Level Restoration and when they came out they explained each step so we could understand what they would be doing. My wife, the kids and I went…
My wife, the kids and I went on vacation only to return to a hot water heater that had burst! Problem was this was a 2 week vacation. The water was everywhere! My wife could not stop crying at all the damage and all the things that were lost forever. I had no idea what to do. I looked thru my phone to see who I could call for help at that time of night and decided to just go straight to the insurance agent. She explained to us that she worked with a restoration company that could come out and clean this for us, help with drying, etc. They have equipment and I just had towels and maybe a bucket. I felt so relieved when the Next Level Restoration van pulled up at around 10 pmat night to help us. Definitely would recommend them. No questions. No doubts.

Major water damage!
Major water damage! We had a mess in our second floor bathroom. Next Level Restoration was out immediately and got right on it. They came at night and helped us stop the damage until the morning - when they began to fix my bathroom. They did everything we could have asked for and more...including helping us with the insurance adjuster. I cannot say enough positive things about these people...I would recommend them in a heartbeat!
